Sunday afternoon at Stamford Bridge the Premier League champions Chelsea celebrated their title victory, the third under manager Jose Mourinho.
The club have been top of the table since day one and a few weeks ago they confirmed their title with a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace.
Since then they’ve drawn 1-1 with Liverpool and lost 3-0 away at West Brom but against Sunderland on the final day they won 3-1 to preserve their unbeaten home record.
At the full-time whistle the players, coaching staff and their families came back onto the pitch to celebrate with the fans.
It was a very emotional event, not least because it was the final team that Didier Drogba would play for the club, after he announced that he would leave at the end of the season.
For some players like Cesc Fabregas and Gary Cahill it was their first Premier League title whilst for others like captain John Terry it was their fourth.
As well as the Premier League, the Blues also won the Capital One Cup earlier in the season but manager Jose Mourinho, who has eight titles in 12 seasons now, will be desperate to add the Champions League next season.
Here are some of the best photos from Chelsea’s title celebrations.
